Terms of sale and use
The short version: a digital guide for your own trips, sold and delivered through Whop, with general information that you check against current sources.
Back to the guide1. Who sells the guide
The guide is published by AP Creates. Contact: apwork0401@gmail.com.
2. What you are buying
The 14-Day Solo Departure System is a digital product. It includes a 54-page fillable PDF ebook in English, Bonus 1 (Your First Night Alone), Bonus 2 (a toolkit of 8 fillable tools) and a separate printable edition. Nothing physical is shipped.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown in US dollars on the sales page and at checkout. Checkout and payment are handled by Whop, and Whop’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout. Taxes such as VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
4. Delivery
The files are available to download from your Whop account straight after payment. See the delivery policy.
5. Refunds
Because the files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. See the refund policy for what we do if a file does not work.
6. Your licence
You may download, fill in and print the files for your own personal trips. You may not resell, share, upload or publish the files or their contents, in full or in part. The text, design and images are owned by AP Creates.
7. General information, not advice
The guide is general planning information. It is not travel, medical, legal or financial advice. Prices, rules and entry requirements change, so always check current local conditions, official travel advice and your providers’ terms. Example numbers in the guide are illustrations, not quotes. The Trip Fit Scorecard is a decision aid, not an official rating or a safety measurement.
8. Trips and third-party services
The guide helps you plan. We are not responsible for flights, stays, payment methods, phone plans, insurance or any other service you book, and we cannot guarantee that they work as planned. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the guide.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. This does not take away any protection the consumer law of your own country gives you.
